Freshman defender Marley Clendenin scored the game-tying goal in the 87^th minute to send the game into overtime. After two scoreless overtime periods, Clendenin scored the River Hawks final penalty kick to give the team the Landmark Conference Championship.

Clendenin has anchored the Susquehanna back line all season and has shown that she will be a force in the Landmark Conference for years to come.

The River Hawks will face RIT in the first round of the NCAA Tournament at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday in Rochester, NY.

Clendenin has earned the River Hawk of the week for her efforts.
