• Each athletic facility has accessible seating and restrooms.

Concessions

• All football and basketball games have on-site concessions. 
• Select volleyball and indoor track & field events have on-site concessions. 

Doors Open 

• Doors will open one hour before basketball and volleyball games.
• Gates will open two hours before football games. 
• Opening time for postseason events will be announced. 

Exit/Re-Entry 

• Re-entry is allowed at Susquehanna Athletic events, though not Landmark events hosted on campus. 

Fan Conduct 

• Susquehanna University encourages fans to cheer for their respective teams. We want to provide a fun, safe atmosphere for all attendees, thus, profanity, racial and sexist comments, or other intimidating chants or actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from our athletic facilities. 

FloSports Streaming 

• All Susquehanna home and Landmark Conference contests are streamed through FloSports. A paid subscription is required.

Media Requests 

• All media requests and credentials must be approved through the Athletics Communications office.  
• Credentials are required for home football contests.  

River Hawks Shop 

• The main River Hawks Shop location is in Degenstein Campus Center. Visit the bookstore web page for hours of operation.  
• Visit https://riverhawksgear.merchorders.com/ to purchase merchandise online. 

Lost and Found 

• Lost and Found is located at the fitness center front desk in Garrett Sports Complex. Contact gameday staff with any questions. 
• Any items left overnight will be turned into campus lost and found. To reach campus lost and found, call Campus Safety: 570-372-4444 

Media 

• Members of the media can request credentials for any athletic event. 
• To request credentials please contact Director of Athletic Communications Daniel Graham at grahamd@susqu.edu

Parking 

• Free parking is available for all on-campus athletic events. A campus parking map can be found here. 
• Parking for football and outdoor track & field events is located behind the grandstands of Doug Arthur Stadium and can be accessed via Sassafras Street.
• Parking for lacrosse, softball, soccer, rugby, and field hockey matches is available at Sassafras Fields and can be accessed via Sassafras Street.
• Parking for basketball, volleyball, and indoor track & field events is located around Garrett Sports Complex. On weekends overflow parking is available at the white admissions building at 514 University Avenue, a short walk from Garrett Sports Complex.
• Parking for tennis matches is located at the Garrett Tennis Courts, which can be accessed via University Avenue. 

Prohibited Items 

• Weapons or any kind; includes firearms and knives 
• Artificial noise makers 
• Laser pointers 
• Alcohol, tobacco, illegal drugs 
• Bikes, skateboards or scooters 
• Smoking or vaping 
• Tripods 
• Glass bottles 
• Coolers 
• Any other item deemed dangerous by event or security staff 

Service Animals 

• Service animals are allowed into any Susquehanna athletic event. 

Smoking Policy 

• Susquehanna Athletics facilities are all smoke-free areas. 
• Smoking is prohibited inside all areas of the facility including seating areas, restrooms, entry gates and concourses. 
• There are no designated smoking areas in the facilities. 

Student Tickets 

• Students are granted free permission to home Susquehanna athletics events with a Student ID.

​​Tickets 

• Tickets are sold for on-campus events including men's and women's basketball, indoor track & field, and all Landmark Conference championship events. 
• Tickets can be purchased at SURiverHawks.com/tix.  
• Player guest list tickets can be picked up at the player guest list table located by the entrance of each facility. 

Wi-Fi 

• Susquehanna provides free WiFi at all on-campus events using the network SU-Guest.
