Austin Hurrell set a trio of PR's during his evening at Susquehanna's Friday Night Showdown. He won the long jump with his fourth attempt coming in a personal-best and AARTFC-qualifying 6.78m, with his third and sixth attempts in the same vicinity at 6.77m and 6.76m, respectively. He finished fifth overall in the triple jump with a PR of 12.39m on his sixth and final jump. Earlier in the day he ran the 60 meters, qualifying for the finals at 7.15, then setting a new personal standard with a fifth-place finals run of 7.09, good for an AARTFC qualifier.
