Junior Sara Arbogast (Selinsgrove, Pa./Selinsgrove) was named the River Hawk of the Week after having a hand in breaking three school records at the River Hawk Opener, the season-opening meet for the 2019-20 indoor track & field season, on Dec. 7. Arbogast was also named the Landmark Conference Women's Field Athlete of the Week.

She broke the individual record for the long jump with a jump of 5.36 meters and the triple jump with a jump of 11.62 meters. Arbogast, along with teammates Kate Ross, Samantha Reed and Sarah Urban, combined for a new school record in the sprint medley relay. Arbogast also advanced into the 60-meter dash finals with a time of 8.11 but opted out of the final.

Arbogast is currently ranked third in all of Division III in the triple jump, just six-hundredths of a meter behind Zi'Onay Walker and Eka Jose, both of Washington University-St. Louis, and eighth in the long jump.
