Men's Soccer Defeated by Scranton, 2-0

SCRANTON, Pa. -- Susquehanna University's freshman Pat Horan (Sutton, Mass./Worcester Academy) made seven saves, including four in the first half, but visiting Susquehanna fell to The University of Scranton, 2-0, in a Landmark Conference men's soccer game at Fitzpatrick Field on Oct. 3.

Susquehanna (3-8-0, 0-2-0 Landmark) was led by junior forward Shane Atha (Chester, N.J./West Morris Mendham), who recorded a game-high three shots on goal.

Scranton (7-2-1, 1-1-0 Landmark) tallied a goal in each half--the 35th and 78th minutes, respectively.

SU Head Coach Jim Findlay remains at 99 career men's soccer victories.

Next Game: Wednesday, Oct. 7, at #18 Dickinson (non-conference game), 6 p.m.
