SELINSGROVE, Pa. -- Susquehanna University's Student-Athlete
Advisory Committee will hand out free Orange and Maroon
thundersticks during Susquehanna's men's and women's basketball
2009 Pepsi/Weis Markets Tip-Off Tournaments.
The first 25 fans to enter Orlando W. Houts Gymnasium for the
SU-Pennsylvania College of Technology men's game on Friday, Nov.
20, will receive a free set of the thundersticks. The game starts
at 8 p.m.
Each set after the first 25 are handed out can be purchased for
a suggested donation of $3. All proceeds benefit SAAC.
The same promotion will be held the next day when the SU women
play Penn College as well at 8 p.m.

Ticket Information: Adults $5, students $2 and
children ages 5 and younger FREE.
Thundersticks, long and narrow plastic balloons used to create
noise, have become increasingly popular at sporting events around
the world.
