FREDERICKSBURG, Va. -- Susquehanna University's senior forward
Tory Weiss (McLean, Va./Langley) scored her second
career goal in a 4-1 loss to Eastern Mennonite University in a
non-conference women's soccer game at the University of Mary
Washington's Battleground Athletic Complex on Sept. 12.
Eastern Mennonite (1-2 overall) held a 4-0 advantage before
Weiss scored \unassisted in the 67th minute.
SU's senior goalkeeper Alyssa Kemmerer (Berwick,
Pa./Berwick Area) recorded a game-high six saves in the
loss.
The Crusaders (1-2-1 overall) were outshot, 17-12, but won the
corner-kicks battle, 7-5.
