DALLAS, Pa. – The Susquehanna women's tennis team fell 7-2 at Misericordia on Wednesday evening.

SU (3-2) won one doubles and picked up one singles victory. Senior Christine Bender (Amityville, N.Y./Long Island Lutheran) and freshman Kelly Furlong (Cazenovia, N.Y./Cazanovia) teamed up at third doubles to win 8-3.

At sixth singles, freshman Alyssa Fleischman (Madison, Conn./Daniel Hand) recorded a 6-4, 6-3 victory for the Crusaders' second win of the match.

Susquehanna returns to action on Saturday with a 12 p.m. match at Hood.
