Freshman goalkeeper Courtney Purnell (Enola, Pa./East Pennsboro) made five saves in the first half and eight total in her first career start and picked up the win as the keeper of record.
After halftime, Susquehanna got on the board when Hauck tipped in a high ball from Lauren Cram (East Brunswick, N.J. /East Brunswick) at 47:28. The Gophers remained in the game and fired two shots on goal in the 55th minute, both of which were turned away by Purnell.
