SELINSGROVE, Pa. – The Susquehanna women's tennis team concluded its 2013-14 on Thursday afternoon with a 9-0 loss to visiting Scranton.

SU finished the season with a 6-9, 1-5 record.

At first singles, Shelby O'Riley (Ware, Mass./Quabbin Regional) dropped a close match, falling 0-6, 5-7 (10-7). At sixth singles, Kelly Furlong (Cazenovia, N.Y./Cazenovia) was in another close match that ultimately went the way of Scranton by a final score of 6-3, 1-6, 10-5.

In doubles action, SU fell 6-8, 3-8, 2-8.
