POSTDAM, N.Y. – The Susquehanna volleyball team traveled to Clarkson University to compete in the two day Golden Knights Invitational on Saturday and Sunday.

On day one the Crusaders (14-8) took on the nationally ranked Golden Knights (17-3) of Clarkson University and lost in straight sets (25-19, 27-25, 25-14).

Susquehanna was led in kills by Morgan Whiteman and Marykate Sherkness who tallied nine each. Sarah Paluck and Erin Byrne led in digs with 18 and 17 respectively while Maggie O'Hearn totaled 31 assists.

The Crusaders compete on day two of the Golden Knights Invitational on Sunday Oct. 11 against SUNY Canton and Muhlenberg.
