SELINSGROVE, Pa. – The Susquehanna men's tennis team defeated Alvernia University 7-2.

 Saturday for its second straight victory. At the conclusion of doubles, the Crusaders were up 3-0. Number one doubles Ben Ornstein (Chappaqua, N.Y. / Horace Greeley) and Ryan Seibert (Harrisburg, Pa. / Central Dauphin) defeated their opponents 8-0. Numbers two and three doubles consisting of Nick Meale (Williamsport, Pa. / Williamsport Area)/Alexander Cocolas (High Bridge, N.J. / Voorhees) and Alexander Dove (Collegeville, Pa. / Perkiomen Valley)/ Ashton Collins (Biddeford, Maine / Biddeford) both defeated their opponents 8-1.

Ornstein, at number one singles, defeated his opponent 5-7, 6-1, 6-1 while Seibert, at number two defeated his opponent 6-2, 6-1. Number four singles, Cocolas, won his match 6-3, 6-1 and Dove at number five singles won 6-1, 6-3.  

The Crusaders return to action on Sunday, Sept. 27 at Lebanon Valley.
