HILTON HEAD, S.C. – The Susquehanna women's tennis team defeated Arcadia University 6-3 in the team's last Spring Break match.

After the completion of doubles the Crusaders (4-5) were up 2-1 over Arcadia (0-9) as the number two (Eliza Griffin and Linsey Sipple) and the number three (Megan Rudloff and Julia Spear) doubles teams defeated their opponents 8-0.

SU won the number one, three, four and five singles matches. At number one, Sipple defeated her opponent 6-3, 6-3 while number three, Rudloff, won 6-2, 6-0. Griffin at number four singles won 6-1, 6-3 while Abby Ransom in the fifth singles position won 3-6, 6-1, 10-4.

The Crusaders return to action at Goucher on Saturday, March 26 for their first Landmark Conference match of the season.
