After splitting the doubles matches with Alexander Dove and Alexander Cocolas winning for the Susquehanna University Men's Tennis team, Juniata came back and swept the singles matches to post an 8-1 decision Wednesday afternoon in Huntingdon.

Dove and Cocolas won an 8-5 decision at No. 2 doubles and the River Hawks trailed by a 2-1 score after the three doubles matches.

Dove also had a close loss at No. 2 singles. Dove dropped the opening set 6-3 but came back to knot the match at 1-1 with a 6-1 win in the second set before dropping a 6-3 decision in the final set.

The River Hawks continue Landmark Conference play with a pair of matches this weekend against Scranton Saturday and Drew Sunday.
