Caroline Rabiecki and Brooke Klair each scored twice in the first 23 minutes of the first half for the Susquehanna University Women's Lacrosse team Saturday afternoon as the River Hawks took an early 6-2 lead but Drew University battled back and scored 11 of the final 12 goals for a 13-7 victory in a Landmark Conference game in Ranger Stadium in Madison, N.J.

The loss for Susquehanna (4-9 overall, 2-5 Landmark) ended the season for the River Hawks.

Klair opened the scoring 46 seconds into the contest and after Drew (10-6, 3-4) knotted the score 2:30 later, Rabiecki scored a pair of goals in a span of 2:15 to give the River Hawks a 3-1 lead.

Drew scored again to trim the lead to 3-2 but Klair scored her second of the game followed by goals for Gabi Toohey and Helena Woytovich to give Susquehanna a 6-2 edge with 8:42 left in the opening half.

The Rangers ended the half with three goals to cut the lead to 6-5 and then scored the first three goals of the second half to take an 8-6 lead.

Brooke Burnett scored a man-up goal to stop the run and make it an 8-7 game but Drew scored the final five goals of the game to cap the scoring.

Klair led the scoring with three points on two goals and an assist, Rabiecki added two goals and Katrina DeMaio had a pair of assists for two points.

Libby Dex made 12 saves as she recorded double-digit saves for the eighth time this season. Her 151 saves this season ranks 10th on the all-time Susquehanna season saves list.

Rabiecki reached the 100 career-point milestone with her second goal.
