SELINSGROVE, Pa. – The Susquehanna University men's soccer team wrapped up the 2019 campaign Saturday afternoon by bidding farewell to its three seniors – goalkeeper
Matt Ellingworth (Sparta, N.J./Lenape Valley), forward
Alex Graul (Wyncote, Pa./Abington Friends), and midfielder
Aly Kenawy (Easton, Pa./Easton Area). Susquehanna (6-12, 1-6 LC) came up short in a 2-1 Landmark Conference loss to Drew University (7-9-2, 2-4-1 LC) in the season finale.

How It Happened
- The River Hawks struck first in the 29th minute when Graul, at the far post, finished off a cross from the left side off the foot of junior forward Chris Naiman (Lake Hopatcong, N.J./Jefferson Twp.).
- The 1-0 Susquehanna held through the first half as the sides were nearly equally in every statistical category. SU edged the Rangers, 4-3, in shots and 1-0 in corner kicks while each goalie made two stops.
- Drew broke through in the 48th minute when Nathan Han's free kick, from about 30 yards out, slipped through Ellingworth's fingertips just underneath the crossbar at the near post.
- Susquehanna was called for a handball in the penalty box and the Rangers were awarded a penalty kick in the 83rd minute.
- Tony Oliveira stepped up to the spot and converted the PK with a shot to the left side of the goal to give Drew a 2-1 advantage.
- The River Hawks gained a corner kick in the 85th minute and Naiman fired off a shot in the 89th minute which was turned away by Brendan Kerins.

- Ellingworth finished the afternoon with five stops to wrap up his four-year career with 235 saves, moving him to sixth all-time in the River Hawk men's soccer record books.
- Drew notched an 11-6 shot advantage, including an 8-6 edge in shots on goal.
