MORRISTOWN, N.J. – The fifth-seeded Susquehanna University women's tennis team bowed out of the 2021 Landmark Conference Women's Tennis Championship Saturday afternoon. Susquehanna's (4-6) season came to an end with a 5-2 setback at the hands of fourth-seeded Drew University (4-2).

Doubles
Today's match had the same start as last Sunday's matchup between Drew and Susquehanna as the Rangers once again went up 2-0 with victories at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles.
First-year
Julie Bramley (Elizabethtown, Pa./Lower Dauphin) and senior
Holly Young (Olyphant, Pa./Valley View) once again put the River Hawks on the scoreboard – this time with an 8-3 triumph at third doubles. The duo finished the season with a 5-0 record.
Drew then headed into singles action with a 2-1 advantage.
Singles
The Rangers pushed their lead to 4-1 with straight-set victories at No. 2 and No. 4 singles before first-year
Isabella Scappaticci (Wyoming, Pa./Wyoming Area) cut the deficit to 4-2 with her 6-3, 6-4 win at No. 6 singles.
Scappaticci finishes her rookie season with a 4-1 mark.
Drew's
Kate Gangi then claimed a 6-2, 3-6, 6-1 triumph over sophomore
Chelsea Kneedler (Lincoln University, Pa./Avon Grove) at No. 5 singles to clinch the match for the Rangers.
