"Each of our inductees represents the very best of Susquehanna Athletics," related Director of Athletics
Sharief Hashim. "Their talent, work ethic, and commitment to excellence not only shaped the success of their teams but also set a standard that continues to inspire our student-athletes today. The legacy they built reminds us that success at Susquehanna is about more than wins and records—it's about pride, perseverance, and the impact you leave on others. We look forward to celebrating that lasting impact and the spirit that continues to define what it means to be a Crusader/River Hawk."
Ally Bradley '13 was a three-time All-Landmark First Team selection, a 2010 NFHCA All-South Atlantic Region Second Team choice, and chosen to play in the 2012 NFHCA Division III Senior Game. She was named the Landmark Conference's Rookie of the Year in 2009 as the midfielder helped Susquehanna reach its first-ever Landmark Championship game. Bradley was a four-year starter, missing just four games in her career, and ranks third all-time with 22 assists and fifth all-time with 90 career points at the time of her induction.
Jason Eck '05 brought the hurt as Susquehanna's punishing ground-gainer, racking up a then-school record 45 career rushing touchdowns and 2,290 rushing yards that was second-most for a SU running back at the time of his graduation. Averaging 4.3 yards per carry lifetime off 530 carries, Eck ranks third all-time with 284 career points at the time of his induction. He was a First Team All-Middle Atlantic Conference selection in 2004 after scoring 13 of the team's 43 touchdowns, which was second-most all-time, while his 16 rushing TD's in 2002 ranked second-highest all-time.
Stephen Fischer '00 became Susquehanna's first-ever swimming conference champion when he won the 200-yard butterfly at the 2000 Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Championships with a then-school record of 2:01.92. Prior to the swim team's dominating run a decade later, Fischer held many of the program's top marks, including the 200-yard IM (2:05.07), 400-yard IM (4:28.61) and the 100-yard butterfly (54.30). As a relay member he also helped post the program's best times in the 200 medley relay (1:41.96) and 400 medley relay (3:44.20) at the time of his graduation. Fischer's top marks also earned All-MAC First Team finishes in the 100 fly and 400 IM as a senior and the 200 IM his freshman and junior seasons.
Melissa Karschner '04 was the first Susquehanna women's soccer goalkeeper to be named First Team All-Conference when she was chosen to the First Team All-MAC Commonwealth in 2002. She still holds school records with 477 career saves and 14 career shutouts, while allowing just 104 goals during her run as Susquehanna's keeper. Her five shutout wins her junior year was a school record as it helped Susquehanna to its first-ever playoff appearance in 2002 towards the MAC Commonwealth Finals. She also had a pair of four shutout victories in 2000 and 2001, helping the young program to its first ten-win season as a sophomore.
Austen Lein '14 was the Landmark Conference Player of the year and a USILA All-American Honorable Mention as a senior in 2014, a fitting conclusion to a career that was marked by Susquehanna Men's Lacrosse winning its first-ever Landmark Conference titles in 2013 and 2014 and trips to the NCAA Tournament. A two-time All-Landmark selection and three-year starter, Lein held the school record for career points with 182 for over a decade, while his 86 career assists ranked second and his 96 career goals fourth at the time of graduation. His 64 points and 35 assists in 2014 led the Landmark and were school records.
Joe Rossi '99 rode the wave of the Susquehanna men's golf team winning four straight Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) titles throughout his career, doing his part by winning the MAC individual title in 1999 by three strokes and placing fifth in 1998. He tallied a 45-hole score of 204 his junior year to finish in the top five, while totaling a 237 54-hole score to win it all as a senior and earn the MAC's Golfer of the Year award. He competed alongside the team at the 1998 and 1999 NCAA Division III National Championships, placing 73rd and 38th, respectively, as Susquehanna earned its highest team placement at that time in 16th in 1999.
