2024-25 (Indoor): 60 Hurdles (8.60 AARTFC Qualifying Mark): Ran a lifetime best of 8.24 in the 60 hurdles at the SU Tune UP on Feb. 21... secured second place in the 60H at the Landmark Championships Mar. 1 at 8.27 after running a prelim time of 8.42... previous season best in the 60H was running 8.40 at the TCNJ Opener at the NYC Armory on Dec. 7, while running times of 8.42 at Nazareth on Jan. 25, 8.48 at Ithaca Feb. 1, and 8.43 at SU Invite on Feb. 15.

Outdoor
2023-24: Ran 14.81 in the 110-meter hurdles at the River Hawk Invite April 12 to lead the team this season… set a new PR in the 100 meters at 11.54 during the Doc Jopson Invitational Mar. 22-23, followed by a PR in the 200 at 23.50 during the Jim Taylor Invite April 5-6… ran as a member of the 4x400 team to open the season that ran 3:34.73 for fifth during the Doc Jopson Invite… ran 54.07 in the 400 at York's Twilight Meet on Mar. 27.

PRIOR TO SU: Carter was a two-sport athlete at Shamokin Area High School as he played soccer and track... He earned 4 letters for soccer... Was a 2022 District 4 110H Champion for track... He was the soccer captain from sophomore to senior year... News Item First Team in 2022 for Track... Career highs include: setting a school record of 9 goals in one game... He was also the Class Secretary and in the National Honor Society
