2025: Ran in all five meets this fall, culminating in a PR performance at the Landmark Championships with a time of 25:21.8 for 47th place... began the fall setting new PR's in the 4K and 5K... started with a 5K PR of 22:07.9 at Lebanon Valley, then a 17:21.6 4K time at Dickinson... improved throughout the fall that featured a 25:48.6 time at Gettysburg's Aubrey Shenk Invitational. 

2024: Ran in one meet...finished 5K in 22:44 at Lebanon Valley, placing 107th

AT OAKDALE HIGH SCHOOL: Two-time team captain in cross country, indoor track & field, and outdoor track & field... First Team All-Country in cross country junior year... regional outdoor track & field champions senior year... ran 20:49 in 5K, 20:20 in three miles, 12:58 in 3200 meters, 5:52 in 1600 meters, and 2:43 in 800 meters.
