2023: Competed twice for the River Hawks...set 4K time of 14:02 at Misericordia Invitational...set 6K time of 20:23 in the Landmark preview at Juniata.

PRIOR TO SU: Starred for the Braves of Shikellamy High School...ran cross country and track, captaining both teams as a senior...earned Runner of the Year Award, along with the Captains Award and MVP Award in cross country...was a track Most Improved Runner Award honoree, while picking up the PIAA District 4 Sportsmanship Award...was an Honorable Mention Cross Country runner, while earning PHAC 2nd Team honors in the 4x800 meter relay...helped his squad to a District title...also lettered in basketball...member of National Honor Society...Spanish Honor Society...Tri-Sport Athlete Award and president of FBLA. 

PERSONAL: Parents Michelle and Russell...siblings McKenzie...secondary education major...chose SU because "I liked the environment and it was close to home. I was also given the opportunity to run here."
