Biography Banner


Denny Bowers ’01, who finished his 18th season in 2023 with his fourth Landmark Conference championship, has established Susquehanna University Baseball as one of the top programs in the Mid-Atlantic region after coaching the team to the championship game of the Landmark Conference tournament in the past four seasons, winning the conference title in 2014, 2016, 2019, and 2023. Bowers was hired as baseball coach in 2005, added equipment management duties in 2010, and was later changed to baseball coach/assistant strength and conditioning coach in 2012. After serving as an assistant coach for five years, Bowers was named the head coach in the summer of 2005.
