Haley Gayoski, a Wilkes University field hockey defensive standout, joined the River Hawk coaching staff in August 2019.
 
Gayoski was a four-year star for Wilkes, leading the Colonels to four consecutive appearances in the semifinals of the MAC Freedom Conference Field Hockey Championship. The 2017 MAC Freedom Defensive Player of the Year, she was a two-time Longstreth/National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) All-South Atlantic Region selection, including First Team honors as a junior in 2017.
 
The Forty Fort, Pa., native finished her career as a four-time All-MAC Freedom First Team honoree as well as a two-time All-Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Second Team pick. She totaled 52 points on 18 goals, including five game-winners, and 16 assists in 71 games played, missing only five games her entire career. Gayoski also added seven defensive saves.
