Biography Banner

Frank Marcinek is in his 42nd year with Susquehanna University Men's Basketball in 2025-26 and 37th as head coach. During his tenure, he has guided 23 of his 36 squads to at least a berth in the conference tournament. Susquehanna has made six NCAA Division III Men's Basketball Championship Tournament appearances under Marcinek's leadership, including a Sweet 16 run in 2016-17. A basketball institution in the Central Pennsylvania region, Marcinek has spanned generations as one of the best Division III basketball coaches in the country. A fierce competitor, Marcinek demands as much from himself as he does from his teams, squads that play with discipline, toughness and desire. The all-time leader in coaching wins at Susquehanna in any sport, Marcinek is 10th on the active career leader board for wins in Division III NCAA men's basketball.
