• 2023-24 Landmark Indoor Rookie of the Year

2024-25 (Indoor): High Jump (1.92m AARTFC Qualifying Mark) / Heptathlon (3,900 AARTFC Qualifying Mark): Competed in the heptathlon twice this winter... began with the SU Early Season Invite and Multi on Dec. 13-14, scoring 4,056 points and  PR in the 60 meters at 7.30 and the second-best mark in the high jump at 1.91... threw a PR of 9.04m in the shot put at River Hawk Invite on Jan. 18... scored a PR 4,211 points in the heptathlon at Ithaca on Feb. 1-2, including taking the top mark in the high jump at 1.94m and second-best marks in the long jumpa at 6.51m and 60 hurdles at 8.71... reached a new PR in the high jump at 1.99m at the River Hawk Friday Night Showdown on Feb. 7... capped things off finishing second at the Landmark Conference Championships in both the high jump at 1.92m and long jump at 6.58m, along with a podium finish in the 60 hurdles at 8.73 following an 8.69 prelim time. 

Indoor
2023-24: (Heptathlon) Hit 3999 points at Ithaca Bomber Invite Feb. 3-4 where he hit the second-best mark in the long jump at 6.59m and set personal bests in the pole vault (3.05m) and 1,000 meters (3:26.89)... posted 3948 points at SU Multi on Dec. 8-9 where he had the bet time in the 60-meter hurdles at 8.79, while amassing PRs in the 60 meters (7.30) and shot put (8.61m)

Outdoor
2023-24: Ran a PR in the 110-meter hurdles at 15.38 during Moravian's Coach P Invitational April 19-20… displayed his multi athlete abilities during the decathlon at the River Hawk Multi April 11-12, finishing with a new PR with 5,137 points and new personal bests in six events, including 100 meters (11.44), shot put (8.91m), 400 meters (57.00), discus (26.07m), javelin (25.98m), 1500 meters (5:41.55)… jumped to a season best in the long jump at 6.78m during Jim Taylor Invite April 5.
