Biography Banner

Brad Posner was hired as the head coach for the Susquehanna University Softball team prior to the 2016 season after four seasons as head coach at the University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, Texas. In his tenure at Susquehanna, he has built the River Hawks into a regional power including two Landmark Conference championships along with two trips to the NCAA Tournament. Prior to SU, he won 20 games in three of his four seasons at UT-Dallas, bringing 86 wins with him to Selinsgrove. He also has served as the Director of Facilities for the James W. Garrett Sports Center at SU during his time at Susquehanna.

He is the director of Susquehanna Softball camps, also has participated in multiple team and personal outreach and volunteer programs like Friends of Jaclyn Foundation, Wounded Warriors, Alex's Lemonade Stand, Tom Coughlin Jay Fund, Habitat for Humanity, Buddy League, YMCA/YWCA Adopt-A-Family and Special Olympics.
