2023: The first-year finished 7-7 in the circle over 19 appearances with 16 starts...tossed three complete games including a shutout against Salem State on 3/15 over 5 innings as the River Hawks won via run-rule...led the River Hawks in strikeouts with 69 over 82.1 innings pitched including a season-best 8 in a win over York (Pa.) on 4/5...also collected a Landmark playoff win with a complete seven innings of one-run ball against Scranton on 5/13, throwing 102 pitches in the process, also a season high

Prior to SU: Was a standout on the field for the Panthers of River Valley High School. Was a four year captain and letter winner... Earned All-Conference in 2019 and 2022, and was an Indiana Gazette All-star in 2019, 2021, and 2022... In her career she totaled 33 wins, 394 strikeouts in 274 innings, threw 3 no-hitters as a senior and in her freshman season hit .516.. Academically she was a member of the student council for three years, was on the student school safety board as a freshman, served as the Secretary of the National Honors Society as a senior, was a member of the diversity team, and was an Indiana county Junior Student Chamber member. She was awarded Rortay club student of the month, Indiana County Hall of Fame Scholar Athlete, the Workforce Investment Board Grant, The Challenge Award for STEM and was a Gifted Individualized Education plan student. 

Personal: Parents are Tammy and Erik Foust.. Has two siblings Tori and Luke.. Dad played baseball at the University of Pittsburg Johnstown... Political Science major... Chose Susquehanna over Seton Hill because "The large focus on academics and student growth. It also allows athletes to participate in academic opportunities, such as the GO program, without taking away from their involvement in athletics."
