Gabrielle “Gabby” Holko was named the head coach of the Susquehanna women’s basketball program in July 2019, becoming the 12th head coach in program history. Holko’s coaching style and philosophy are deeply rooted in the three D’s of NCAA Division III – Discover, Develop, Dedicate. The majority of her career, both as a player and coach, has been spent in Division III, with a one-year stop at the junior college level. She’s also a Pennsylvanian through and through as all of her previous stops have been in the Keystone state.

Holko and her River Hawks have been active in the community with the 2020-21 campaign being canceled because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The team raised over $3,000 for the Thyra M. Humphreys Center for Breast Health at Evangelical Community Hospital in nearby Lewisburg. Holko also serves as the Director of Intramurals at Susquehanna. At Susquehanna Banner
