Kathy Fedorjaka joined Jim Reed’s staff prior to the start of the 2012-13 season after a lengthy Division I head coaching career with nearly 300 career victories to her credit.

Most recently Fedorjaka completed a 15-year head coaching career at Division I Bucknell University where she racked up a program-record 209 victories, two Patriot League titles and two NCAA Tournament appearances. She was a two-time Patriot League Women’s Basketball Coach of the Year as well as a two-time Bucknell Coach of the Year.

Prior to her tenure with the Bison, she spent three years as the head coach at Bloomsburg University where she guided the Huskies to three top-three finishes in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference.
