2024: Competed in five meets...set 5K time of 20:55 at Lebanon Valley in the season opener...59th at the Landmark Championship with a tied-PR of 25:49

AT DALLAS HIGH SCHOOL: Two-time team captain and all-star in cross country... state qualifiers and district runners-up sophomore, junior, and senior year... ran 20:05 in 5K, 2:28 in 800, 5:37 in 1600 and 11:52 in 3200.
