Eric Grimes has over 25 years of experience in team building and leadership development with sports teams, private schools and corporate staffs and joined the coaching staff of the Susquehanna women’s lacrosse team in 2018.
Grimes has facilitated teams from colleges, universities, private schools, and corporate groups such as RJR Nabisco Inc., United Illuminating Company corporate executive team, Paul Newman’s Hole in the Wall Gang Camp staff, Eastern Mountain Sports (EMS), Appalachian Mountain Club (AMC), Sierra Club, AmeriCorps Boston and Detroit staffs, Harvard University, Smith College, Brown University, Yale University, Amherst College, Williams College, Smith College, Brandeis University, Elms College, MIT, WPI, Northeastern University, Sienna College, Springfield College, Trinity College, Union College, Choate Rosemary Hall School, Emma Willard School, Belmont Hill School, Williston Northampton School, and Deerfield Academy.
He has received extensive training with Project Adventure, Alpine Tower, Outward Bound, NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School), and Penn State University.
Before joining the Susquehanna University women’s lacrosse coaching staff, he facilitated team building/leadership programs for the Women's Lacrosse Team at Bucknell University.
