Ty Treaster joins the Susquehanna baseball coaching staff for the 2025-26 year as assistant coach. Treaster hails from Richfield, PA.
Treaster joins the staff after a successful playing and coaching career spanning from Division II University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, where Treaster was a pitcher from 2016-2019. After graduating, Treaster began coaching at Juniata High School from 2021-2025 (head coach 23-25) where he led his team to three consecutive competitive seasons, advancing to the AAAA District 6 Finals each year under him as the head coach.
At UPJ, he earned his associate of science in Respiratory Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management.
Ty also pitched for the Opthalmic Associates in Johnstown's AAABA collegiate league. Treaster is currently a Transplant Coordinator for Gift of Life Donor Program.
