School) racked up 15 saves in his 58 minutes of action
with Jonathan Berg playing the final two minutes of the game in
goal. Three different players accounted for SU's scoring
– Nick Citron (Chatham, N.J./Chatham),

N.J./Madison) and Gregg Budd (Kinnelon,
N.J./Kinnelon). Matt Brady (Charlotte,
N.C./Providence) recorded the Crusaders' only assist
in the game.

minutes into the second quarter. Lein made it a two-goal game (3-1)
with his team's first score at the 2:40 mark of the opening
quarter. With 1:37 to play, though, York's Seth Krolus scored
his first goal of the contest for a 4-1 Spartans lead at
halftime.
Citron scored less than five minutes into the third quarter to
again make it a two-goal game (4-2) but York ended the quarter with
back-to-back goals, including one with just 38 seconds on the
clock, for a 6-2 Spartans lead with 15 minutes left in
regulation.
York opened up an 8-2 lead with two unanswered goals in the fourth
quarter before Budd capped off the game's scoring with a goal
at the 1:56 mark of the quarter.
