SELINSGROVE, Pa. – Midfielders
Aly Kenawy (Easton, Pa./Easton Area) and
Shayne Davies (Hackettstown, N.J./Hackettstown) both netted their first goals of the season Saturday afternoon but the efforts of the Susquehanna University men's soccer team came up short in a Landmark Conference overtime loss. Susquehanna (3-8-0, 0-2-0 LC) succumbed to a 3-2 OT loss to Moravian College (8-2-1, 2-0-0 LC) just 22 seconds into the extra period.

How It Happened
- Moravian improved to 2-0 in the Landmark with its first and only shot of overtime as Anthony Nagy notched his second goal of the day just 22 seconds in as Nagy ran onto a pass from Quinn Middleton in the box, took a couple dribbles and fired into the far right corner for the win.
- Susquehanna claimed a 1-0 lead with less than three minutes left in the first half when sophomore midfielder Brian McKee (Brewster, N.Y./Brewster) sent in a long throw-in which was flicked to the far post by sophomore midfielder Joe Armstrong (Lambertville, N.J./South Hunterdon) for Davies to finish with the header at 42:18.
- The Greyhounds responded with 24 seconds left in the first half as Safa Turkdonmez passed a diagonal ball to Ryan Cole on the left side of the box and Cole rifled a shot into the lower far right corner for his first goal of the season.
- Kenawy put SU back on top in the 68th minute when he tapped in a pass from junior forward Chris Naiman (Lake Hopatcong, N.J./Jefferson Twp.).
- Nagy's first score of the afternoon was a penalty kick in the 82nd minute which he finished into the right side of the goal.
- Both teams had an opportunity to win the game in regulation but Susquehanna's shot was wide right while senior Matt Ellingworth (Sparta, N.J./Lenape Valley Regional) denied Moravian's attempt.

- Susquehanna once again dominated possession as the River Hawks posted a 17-8 (6-4 SOG) shot advantage while earning seven corner kicks to Moravian's two.
Top Performers
- Ellingworth finished the game with one save in SU's third overtime game of the season.
- Michael Bone collected three stops in the Greyhounds' third straight overtime game and fifth of the season.
