- Game two saw a pitcher's duel between Tyson Thrush and Drew's Jeff Serin. Susquehanna threatened in the fourth inning, but were unable to score and were immediately scored upon in the home half of the inning on an unearned run.
- With game having been a ten-inning affair, this contest became a seven inning game and Susquehanna found themselves with their backs against the wall at 1-0 in the top of the seventh. With Alec Ranck pinch running for Adam Schreck after an RBI double, Nick Berger brought him home with a sacrifice fly to take a 2-1 lead, but Drew would tie it up in the bottom of the inning.
