Pitman Records Hat Trick as Field Hockey Dominates King's (Pa)
WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – Senior captain
Hunter Pitman (White Haven, Pa./Crestwood) was able to score in the second, third and fourth periods to lead the River Hawks to a 6-0 victory over King's (Pa.) Saturday afternoon in the non-conference matchup. This was Susquehanna's first win of the season.

How It Happened
- Junior Vivian Simone (Belvidere, Nj/Notre Dame) was able to find the back of the cage off an assist from Pitman just 2:10 into the contest, ultimately solidifying the win for the River Hawks.
- Junior forward Jenn Sabbak (Little Falls Nj./Passaic Valley) scored just over four minutes later to put Susquehanna up 2-0.
- The River Hawks were able to add two more goals in the second and third periods both from Pitman.
- SU again added 2 more goals in the fourth period from senior Hayley Adams (Sidney Ny./Sidney) off an assist from Heather Casey (Downingtown, Pa./Downingtown West) and Pitman from Simone.
- Senior goalkeeper Emily DiGaetano (Havertown, Pa./Haverford) made just two saves during the contest.
