MORRISTOWN, N.J. – In their regular-season finale, the Susquehanna University women's tennis team suffered a nail-biting loss at the hands of Drew University Sunday afternoon. Susquehanna (4-5, 4-4 LC) dropped a 5-4 Landmark Conference decision to the host Rangers (2-1, 2-1 LC) as Drew clinched the match with its win at No. 3 singles.

Doubles
Drew went up 2-0 with victories at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles before first-year
Julie Bramley (Elizabethtown, Pa./Lower Dauphin) and senior
Holly Young (Olyphant, Pa./Valley View) put the River Hawks on the scoreboard with an 8-2 triumph at third doubles. The duo improved to 4-0 on the season with the win.
The Rangers headed into singles action with a 2-1 lead.
Singles
Junior
Ashlynn Searer (Hummelstown, Pa./Hershey) evened up the score with a 6-1, 6-3 victory at No. 1 singles, finishing the regular-season with an 8-1 record.
The Rangers would capture No. 2, No. 4, and No. 3 singles to clinch the match.
Sophomore
Chelsea Kneedler (Lincoln University, Pa./Avon Grove) posted a 6-0, 7-5 triumph at No. 5 singles for Susquehanna's third point.
First-year
Isabella Scappaticci (Wyoming, Pa./Wyoming Area) rallied from a 6-4 first set loss with 6-0, 10-3 wins to take No. 6 singles for the 5-4 final.
Scappaticci posted a 3-1 record for the regular season.
