MOOSIC, PA (September 20, 2022) -- Susquehanna University senior
Davis Ann Boyd tied for second on Tuesday afternoon in the 2022-23 season opener against the University of Scranton, but the squad wasn't able to reign in the difficult Glenmaura National Golf Course in falling to the Royals 368-408.
Boyd led the squad with her 87 on Tuesday, as she was one of three players one shot off the pace for the match lead. Junior
Erin Hahn shot a 95 for the afternoon, while
Julie Neild carded a 105 and Sarah Rados booked a 121 for the River Hawks.
Victoria Dowling was the individual medalist with an 86, while teammates Kate Pagano and Madalyne Buhler both fired rounds of 87. Lidia Marranca carded a 106 for the Royals, and AnnaMarie Palermo finished with a 109 in the victory.
