SELINSGROVE, PA (September 26, 2022) – The Susquehanna University women's golf team faced off with Scranton University on Monday afternoon, hosting the Royals here in Selinsgrove at Susquehanna Valley Country Club. SU would ultimately fall with their team score of 387, while Scranton totaled 336.

Senior Davis Ann Boyd led the River Hawks with an 83 on the day, the second-best result of all golfers in the match. Erin Hahn shot a 92, while Julie Neild followed with a score of 102 and Sara Rados rounded out the River Hawks' results with a 110.

Scranton's Victoria Dowling was the only golfer to top Boyd, shooting a stellar 78 to lead the Royals. No Scranton golfer shot above an 88 on the day and that consistency helped them to edge out Susquehanna.

The SU women's golf team will get right back onto the links tomorrow, again hosting on their home course. This time, Lock Haven University will come to town to face the River Hawks, with tee time slated for 1 pm.
