ELIZABETHTOWN, PA – The Susquehanna women's golf team made their first venture of the spring on the road Tuesday with a Landmark Conference matchup against Elizabethtown. While
Molly Rohan led the River Hawks with a 98 for second place, the host Blue Jays won the stroke-play matchup by 21 strokes, 412 to 433.
Erin Hahn Shot a 102 plus-30 score at the par-72, 5581-yard Manada Golf Club, good enough for the fifth-best score, while
Sara Rados shot 107 for sixth.
Kellyn Hackett-Slimm fared 126 on the course for the afternoon, while
Ava Greene was one stroke behind with a 127. Elizabethtown boasted three in the top five to get the edge, including a pair of sub-100 scores by Megan Yoder's 96 and Summer McNulty's 99. Grace Flocco was fourth individually with a 100 score, while Jillian Schwartz completed the team's scoring with a 117.
The River Hawks are back home this Sunday for Senior Day, welcoming King's College of Pa. for a noon tee time. Hahn and Greene will be recognized.
