SHAWNEE ON DELAWARE, PA - The Susquehanna women's golf team completed their highest-ever finish at the Landmark Conference Fall Previews this weekend in second place, shooting a pair of 338's for a 676 final score (+100). They trailed first-place Catholic by just 23 strokes. Sophomore
Kennedy Petrovich led the River Hawks with a 163 score, just nine strokes behind Drew's Josephine Nguyen's weekend-best score of 154.
RIVER HAWKS ON THE COURSE
- Kennedy Petrovich, 163 (80-83) +19 - Had two birdies Saturday to go with seven pars. Tallied seven pars on Sunday.
- Cailyn Schall, 168 (84-84) +24 - Completed matching scores between Saturday and Sunday thanks to nine pars day one and ten pars day two.
- Peyton Cerminaro, 172 (86-86) - Had eight pars Saturday, then finished strong Sunday with two pars on the back nine.
- Isabella Westerfield, 176 (91-85) - Had four pars on Saturday, then improved with five pars and one birdie on the par-four Hole 4 Sunday.
- Mylee Lorigan, 177 (88-89) - Scored four pars on Saturday with one birdie on Hole 15. Took in four pars on Sunday.
UP NEXT FOR THE RIVER HAWKS
- Susquehanna completed a noteworthy far thanks to a capable young roster. They improved upon their third-place finish at last year's Landmark Fall Previews, with the hope of continuing to improve going into the spring championships at Shawnee.
