HUMMELS WHARF, PA - Susquehanna women's golf hosted their final home match of the fall season Sunday against NCAA Division II Lock Haven and Bloomsburg. The River Hawks were up for the challenge of playing up with a 328 team score, 17 strokes ahead of Bloomsburg and 57 up on Lock Haven.
Kennedy Petrovich medaled with a 74 (+4) score on the par-70 Susquehanna Valley Country Club, while
Peyton Cerminaro was tied for third with an 84 (+14) and
Cailyn Schall and
Isabella Westerfield fifth with an 85 (+15).
RIVER HAWKS ON THE COURSE
- 1. Kennedy Petrovich, 74 (+4) - Tallied two birdies on holes four and ten, along with 11 pars.
- T-3. Peyton Cerminaro, 84 (+14) - Shot a birdie on hole one to wrap her day after starting on hole two. Added four pars.
- T-5. Cailyn Schall, 85 (+15) - Reached par on seven holes.
- T-5. Isabella Westerfield, 85 (+15) - Scored par on five holes.
- 11. Mylee Lorigan, 92 (+22) - Tallied six pars.
- 18. Camryn Coates, 102 (+32) - Competed individually. Scored a 47 on the front nine.
UP NEXT FOR THE RIVER HAWKS
- Susquehanna has three more matches this fall, including the Landmark Previes in late October. They head to the Alvernia Invitational on Tuesday, Oct. 7 at LedgeRock Golf Club, then Gettysburg's Invitational Saturday, Oct. 18 at Hanover Country Club.
