HAVERFORD, PA - Susquehanna University men's lacrosse paid a visit to Haverford College in what has become an annual non-conference rivalry with the Fords. Susquehanna drew the first strike of the day when
Matt Chubenko scored on a
Nick Remund assist. Haverford countered with seven unanswered goals to close out the first quarter leading 7-1 towards a 19-8 win.

- Following Chubenko's score to open the game, Haverford dropped seven goals to take a 7-1 lead after the first quarter. Each goal came from seven different Fords.
- The River Hawks tried to rally to start the second with two straight goals from Drew Filipovits and Jimmy Maro, though Haverford found its rhythm again with six straight goals to lead 13-3 at halftime.
- The Fords continued their onslaught with three straight to start the third for a 16-3 lead, their largest of the game.
- Susquehanna responded by scoring four of the next five goals. Maro and Filipovits each scored in its stretch to make it a two-goal game for both, while Garrett Howell and Pat McDermott offered up the other two goals. Haverford closed out the game with two goals.
- McDermott led the River Hawks with three points on one goal and two assists. Haverford's Nick Snyder led the game with six points on three goals and three assists.
- Goalie Jack Storipan got the start, registering eight saves through the first 30 minutes. Will Harcourt played the third quarter, earning four saves, while Greyson Stewart gathered five saves in the fourth.
- The amount of saves from Susquehanna's goalies is a testament to Haverford's shooting, leading 51-23 in total shots and 36-14 in shots on goal.
- The River Hawks were called for four penalties, which the Fords took advantage of going 2-for-4 in extra-man opportunities.
- Faceoff man Brandon Cash won 9-of-24 chances, while Brendan Gleason gathered 2-of-4 battles in the circle as Susquehanna went 11-of-29 on faceoffs.
