SELINSGROVE, PA - Susquehanna women's soccer put together a dominant performance Friday night, cruising to a 4-0 victory over Pitt-Greensburg at Sassafras Field. The River Hawks scored three times in the opening 42 minutes and added another goal early in the second half, while limiting the Bobcats to just three shots.
HOW IT WENT DOWN
- Susquehanna wasted little time establishing control, with Ella Briggs finding the back of the net from way outside the box in the 14th minute to give the River Hawks a 1-0 lead.
- Just 3:27 later, Nicole Freiler doubled the advantage, scoring off an assist from Amelia Kopp on a corner kick.
- The River Hawks continued to pressure the Bobcats throughout the remainder of the opening half, holding a 14-0 advantage in shots.
- Susquehanna added its third goal just 1:35 into the second half when Brynn Bogle scored off a Chloe Guerra assist.
- Less than six minutes later, Ava Billmeyer capped the scoring with a goal assisted by Olivia St. Amand on another corner-kick chance, giving the River Hawks a 4-0 advantage.
- The Susquehanna defense kept Pitt-Greensburg off the scoreboard the rest of the way, securing the shutout.

- Susquehanna dominated the shot column 21-3, including a 10-1 advantage in shots on goal.
- The River Hawks also held a 9-1 edge in corner kicks.
- Briggs led Susquehanna with five shots, including three on goal, while Freiler added two shots and scored on both of her shots on target.
