HUMMELS WHARF, PA - The Susquehanna University women's golf team opened its fall season on Sunday with a dual-match victory over Marywood University, posting a team score of 338 (+58) to defeat the Pacers, who finished with a 397 (+117).
 
The River Hawks return four golfers this fall in Kennedy Petrovich, Cailyn Schall, Mylee Lorigan, and Camryn Coates, while Peyton Cerminaro and Isabella Westerfield are studying abroad. Susquehanna also welcomed two first-years to the roster, Lyla Jones and Reese Walizer.
 
RIVER HAWKS ON THE COURSE

• 1. Cailyn Schall, 79 (+9) - led the team shooting one birdie and ten pars.
• 2. Kennedy Petrovich, 83 (+13) -posted a team high of two birdies, while adding four pars.
• 3. Reese Walizer, 87 (+17) - made her collegiate debut for the River Hawks, carding six pars.
• 4. Lyla Jones, 89 (+19) - also made her collegiate debut, tallying four pars.
• 5. Mylee Lorigan, 90 (+20) - rounded out the team, reaching par on four holes.
• 11. Camryn Coates IND,  107 (+37) - competed as an individual and recorded one par on the day.

• The River Hawks head to Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, to compete in the Shenandoah Invitational next weekend (Sep 12-13).
