2024-25 (Indoor): 60 Hurdles (8.60 AARTFC Qualifying Mark): Ran a lifetime best in the 60 hurdles at 8.46 at Ithaca on Feb. 1... kept up this pace at the River Hawk Friday Night Showdown on Feb. 7 with a time of 8.49 and ran the 4x200 with a time of 1:31.97... ran a preliminary time of 8.60 at the Landmark Championships Mar. 1, while taking second place in the 4x200 with a time of 1:31.50. 

Outdoor
2023-24: Ran a PR and an AARTFC-qualifying 15.15 in the 110-meter hurdles during the Jim Taylor Invite on April 5… ran the best 110H preliminary time at the Landmark Outdoor Championships at 15.35, then finished third in the finals at 15.54… also ran the 200 at Landmarks with a time of 23.48… set a new PR in the 200 at 23.02 at the York Twilight Meet on Mar. 27.

2021-22: Placed second in the 1600m sprint medley relay with a time of 3:48.98 and fourth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.56 at the 2021 Susquehanna Early Season Invite (12/4/2021) ... Finished sixth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.01 and a personal-best of 24.21 seconds in the 200m placing eighth at the 2022 Susquehanna Multi and Invitational (1/14-15/2022) ... Posted first in the 4x200 with a time of 1:31.64 and fifth in the 4x400 with a time of 3:29.52 at the Conference Challenge Cup Invite (1/29-30/2022) ... Finished fourth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.03 and recorded a personal-best in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.86 at the 2022 Susquehanna Tune Up (2/18/2022) ... Earned first in the 4x200 with a time of 1:34.74, first in the 4x400 with a 3:30.14, and fifth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.05 at the 2022 Landmark Conference Indoor Championships (2/26/2022) ...
