2024-25 (Indoor):  60 Hurdles (8.60 AARTFC Qualifying Mark): Secured third place and a new lifetime best at the Landmark Championships in the 60 hurdles with a time of 8.39 in the finals after running 8.40 in the preliminiaries... started his season with a then-best 8.47 at the TCNJ Opener on Dec. 7... competed in the heptathlon at the SU Early Season Multi Dec. 13-14, finishing fourth with 4,437 points where he ran the 60 hurdles at 8.64 and the 60 meters at 7.37, while reaching a new personal best at 10.76m in the shot put. 

Outdoor
2023-24: Landmark outdoor champion in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 54.16 to help Susquehanna to its fourth straight Landmark title… competed in the decathlon at the River Hawk Multi April 11-12, racking up a new PR total with 6,080 points and new personal bests in three events, the 100 meters (11.34), discus (32.39m), and pole vault (3.55m)… set a new PR in the 400 meters in the season-opening Doc Jopson Invite at Bridgewater with a time of 51.06, along with a new javelin PR of 43.56m at the Landmark Outdoor Championships… added more highlights at Landmark Outdoors finishing fourth in the 110 hurdles at 15.69, along with a podium finish of 6.41m in the long jump for eighth place… set a season best in the 110 hurdles with an AARTFC-qualifying time of 15.58 at Jim Taylor Invite April 5, followed by another top season time in the 400 hurdles at 53.62 during Lenoir-Rhyne's Last Chance Meet on May 12… member of the 4x400 relay team that set a new Landmark Conference record at 3:18.03 during Moravian's Coach P Invite April 19.

2021-2022: Placed eighth in the the triple jump at 12.40m and 46th in the 60m dash with a time of 8.02 at the 2022 Susquehanna Multi and Invitational (1/14-15/2022) ... Placed 11th in the triple jump with a 11.99m jump at the Alvernia Winter Invite (1/22/2022) ... Placed 14th in the triple jump with a 12.42m jump at the Conference Challenge Cup Invite (1/29-30/2022) ... Placed 14th in the 60m hurdles with a time of 7.80 at the 2022 Bomber Invitational (2/5-6/2022) ... Placed fourth in the 4x400 with 3:39.70 at the 2022 Susquehanna Invite (2/12/2022) ...
