2023-24: Took the gold in three events at the Landmark Conference Outdoor Championships towards Susquehanna's fourth straight conference title… won 110-meter hurdles with a time of 15.23, then ran both winning relays, the first in the 4x100 at 41.32, a new championship meet and school record, and the 4x400 at 3:22.28… ran a season-best 10.73 in the 100 hurdles at the Susquehanna Multi on April 11 while competing in the decathlon, setting a new PR with 6,176 points… ran a personal-best 14.90 in the 110 hurdles at the Jim Taylor Invitational April 5, along with a season-best 54.80 in the 400 hurdles… was a member of two record-setting relay teams in the 4x100 and 4x400 while at Moravian's Coach P Invite April 20, setting a then school record in the 4x100 at 41.39, then setting a new Landmark Conference record in the 4x400 at 3:18.03.
