2025 Regular Season: Team captain... appeared in all ten games this season... 31 solo tackles and 19 assisted tackles ending the season with 50 tackles with that being a career high... 5.5 tackles for a loss, one pass breakup and one quarterback hurry... recorded his lone sack and interception of the season in the regular season finale against Moravian on Nov. 15.

2024: Has appeared in ten games this season... 42 tackles, 3.0 tackles for loss, one forced fumble, one interception for a touchdown, and three pass breakups… ran back a 22-yard interception return for a touchdown in the lopsided win over Keystone on Oct. 12, corralling the ball of a deflection from a Le'try Bond breakup to run it down the right sideline for a score… posted the highest single-game tackles total for any River Hawk when he charted 16 against Moravian on Nov. 2, which included ten solo tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss with three pass breakups… had another double-digit tackles total versus Juniata on Oct. 19, recording ten total with seven solo along with 1.5 tackles for loss and half a sack… had a strong second half to the season which began by filling in for some key players missing on defense, tallying 37 of his 42 total tackles over the last six games of the season.

2023: Appeared in 9 games this season...Tallied 23 total tackles and 2.5 tackles for loss.

2022: Appeared in 9 games this season...Made his collegiate debut at Lycoming (09/03/2022)...Finished the season with 27 total tackles and 3.5 tackles for loss.

PRIOR TO SU: Was a three-sport star for the Trojans of Parkland High School...played football, basketball and baseball...Earned First Team All-League for baseball...led his basketball squad to an Eastern Pennsylvania Conference and District 11 title. 

PERSONAL: Parents Robert and Jessica Ruisch...siblings Julius, Michael, Robbie and Jude...brother plays quarterback at SU...uncle Jerry Wells also played football for Susquehanna...father Robert was a football player for the University of Pennsylvania...finance major...chose " Susquehanna because of their outstanding finance and business classes and I wanted to play football and baseball at a prestigious program."
