PRIOR TO SU: Attended Saint John Vianney High School where she played Field Hockey and Softball... earned 6 varsity letters in total... played for Surf and Sand Field Hockey Club...was a field hockey senior captain... earned Hard Worker of the Year, B-North All Division Team, and Senior All Star Game Honors... lead the field hockey team in assists, goals and points during the 2024-2025 season... earned 19 goals, 19 assist, 57 points, and 2 defensive saves... won the softball Non Public A State Tournament x2, Monmouth County Tournamentx2,  B North Division x2 , and the  Shore Conference Tournament... was a member of the National Honors Society, National Spanish Honors Society, National English Honors Society, National Art Honors Society, and the National Business Honors Society...received the Gold and White award four times... was the Theology student of the year in 2024

PERSONAL: Parents are Dennis and Kerri Murtha... has one sibling Owen... Owen plays baseball for University of Scranton, Kerri played field hockey for University of Scranton... chose SU "because of the great school community, beautiful campus, small student to teacher ratio, and the opportunity to play the sport I love at a collegiate level."
